摘要
介绍了TL-18(H)重整油脱硫剂的研制开发和工业应用情况。实验室研究和工业应用的结果表明,TL-18(H)重整油脱硫剂在反应温度170～220℃、空速0.5～10.0h-(1液)、压力常压～2.0MPa条件下,可将重整油中的硫脱除至<0.5×10-6,满足实际生产工艺中对双贵金属催化剂保护的要求。
The development and industrial application of TL-18(H) desulphurization catalyst for reformer feed oil is introduced. The result from lab research and industrial application shows that , when TL-18(H) reformer oil desulphurization catalyst is at the temperature of 170～220 ℃, space velocity of 0.5～10.0 h-1(liquid),and pressure of atmospheric pressure to 2.0 MPa, the sulfur in reformer oil can be removed to <0.5×10-6,which can meet the requirement by the practical production process for bimetal noble catalyst protection.
