聚丙烯专用树脂Z50S的生产及应用

Production and application of special PP resin Z50S

介绍了采用固体过氧化物生产聚丙烯专用树脂Z50S的过程。通过控制过氧化物加入量来控制产品熔体流动速率(MFR),保证生产的稳定。Z50S的MFR控制为22～28g/10min、灰分小于0.03%、拉伸屈服强度大于28MPa、黄色指数测试值小于4。产品在江苏灵达化学品有限公司试用,加工性稳定,纤维制品力学性能好,满足FZ/T54001-91质量标准。

The process of using solid peroxide for producing special PP resin Z50S is described. The stable production is ensured through controlling peroxide injection quantity to control MFR of the product. Z50S's MFR is controlled to 22~28 g/(10min), ash content to <0.03 %, tensile yield strength to >28 MPa, and yellowness index test value to <4. When the product was used for test in Jiangsu Lingda Chemicals Co. Ltd., it's processability was stabile, it's fiber articles had a good mechanical property, and have met the FZ/T54001-91 quality standard.
