摘要
文中对德士古气化炉工艺烧嘴的损坏原因从原料、工艺、设备制造及维修几个方面进行了分析,提出了避免气化炉工艺烧嘴损坏的措施,对德士古工艺烧嘴的安全稳定运行具有现实的指导意义。
The causes for the damage of Texaco gasifier process burners are analyzed in the respects of feedstock, process, equipment manufacture and maintenance, measures are proposed for protecting gasifier process burners from damage, which will have a practical guiding function for the safe and stable operation of Texaco process burner.
