摘要
对利用超声波提取红三叶异黄酮的工艺进行了研究。结果表明,通过正交试验确定出最佳工艺条件为:乙醇体积分数为95%;乙醇用量(固液比)为11∶0;提取时间为20 min;提取温度为20℃。
Trifolium pratense isoflavone was extracted with the technique of ultrasonic wave. The results showed that ultrasonic method had lots of merits such as time-saving, energy -saving and high efficiency. The optimum conditions were found based on orthoganal experimental:95 % ethanol; ethanol volume(the solid to liquid) of 1:10; extracting time of 20 min ;extracting temperature of 20 ℃.
