Application of the Flow Cytometry in the Identification of Fruit Ploidy

摘要 综述了流式细胞仪的发展历史、工作原理、使用方法及其在果树作物倍性鉴定上的应用进展,并对存在问题及今后的研究提出了建议。 Several aspects of the flow cytometry were reviewed in this paper, including development history, working principles, methods and application advance in identification of ploidy levels of fruit trees. Some problems in the application of the flow cytometr were discussed and the suggestion on the future research in the field was given.
