摘要
以亚硒酸钠作为添加剂,对As-1菌株的富硒能力进行了初步研究。结果表明:As-1在含硒平板培养基中,当硒含量达5μg/ml时菌丝生长几乎不受抑制;在50μg/ml以上,菌丝的萌发定植和生长都受到严重抑制。As-1在含硒5μg/ml液体培养基中,富硒率最高,达56.9%;当液体培养基pH值为5.0、硒含量为5μg/ml、装液量为200~250 ml,于28℃恒温振荡培养10 d左右,As-1的富硒效率及生物量均达到最佳。
The ability for the fungus-AS-1 to enrich the trace element of selenium with sodium selenite as the additive was studied. The results showed that in the solid media, the fungus-AS-1 growth was hardly inhibited when the concentration of sodiun selenite was 5 μg/ml. When the concentration reached at 50 μg/mL or higher, the mycelia growth was severely inhibited. In the liquid media, the rate of selenium enrichment of the fungus-AS-1 reached at the highest value of 56.9 % when the selenium content of cultivation liquid was 5 μg/ml. When the conditions of liquid cultivation were: Na2SeO3 5 μ/ml, pH 5.0, liquid volume 200-250 ml in the cone bottle of 500 ml, temperature 28℃, the rate of selenium enrichment and the biomass of As-1 were optimum after 10 days of shaking culture, respectively.
