On Analyzing the Character Istics of Floods and Water Logging of Xiang River Valley in Recent Decades

洪涝灾害是孕灾环境、灾害性洪水和承灾体相互作用的结果.在阐述流域孕灾环境的基础上,用近数十年的水情、灾情资料,分析了湘水流域的灾害性洪水及洪涝灾情,以揭示洪涝灾害形成与发展的机制,为流域洪涝灾预测预报及防洪减灾提供依据.

Floods and water logging is the consequence of the interaction of Hazard-formative environment, Disastrous flood and Bodies beating disasters. Based on expounding the hazard inducing environment in Xiang River Valley, using the hydrological, disastrous data in the past several decades, this paper analyze the Disastrous flood and Disaster effects, reveals the formatting and developing mechanism of floods and water logging. Furthermore, the basis in forecasting the floods disaster situation and preventing, reducing hazard in Xiang River Valley has been presented.
