摘要
波束合成技术是复合制导半实物仿真系统中的关键技术。利用薄膜干涉理论设计了多层结构的红外/微波波段波束合成器,实现了在二维平面大角度范围内对宽频段波束的合成,并对这种结构对红外的反射率和对微波的透射率进行了理论计算和分析。在红外波长为8.8~10.6μm,入射角在0o~58o范围时,该结构的反射率达到98%;在2~12 GHz波段内,微波入射角在0o~55o时,透过率最高能达到98%,波束合成器的尺寸为1 200 mm×800 mm。
Dichroic beam combiner is the kernel technology of the dual-mode guiding simulation system. An infrared/radio frequency dual-mode dichroic beam combiner with multilayer slab configuration is designed, which is based on thin film interference theory. It can combine broad wave band beams in 2D and large-angle. Then, the theory of the reflection rate of IR is analyzed and the transmission rate of RF and some calculated results are given. When the wavelength of the infrared beam is between 8,8 and 10.6 μm and the incidence angle is between 0° and 58°, the reflection rate can reach above 98%. When the wave in band between 2 and 12 GHz and the incidence angle of the RF beam is between 0° and 55°, the transmission rate can reach 98%. The size of this dichroic beam combiner is 1 200 mm×800 mm.
