摘要
探讨并筛选出N,N-二烷基脲经济合理的制备路线;通过正交试验,确定了最佳合成条件;采用柱吸附色谱法分离提纯了N,N-二乙基脲和N,N-二丁基脲,并通过测定其熔点和薄层色谱分析(TLC)确定其纯度,利用红外光谱(FTIR)和核磁共振氢谱(1H-NMR)分析证实了其结构.
N, N-dialkylureas were synthesized employing N, N-dialkylamine and urea as materi- als, and the optimum reaction conditions were obtained by Latin Square experimental design. Purification of the products was carried out by column chromatography and structures of purified products were authenticated by FTIR and ^1HNMR.
