目标教学法在手术室护理带教中的应用

摘要 目的探索对手术室护士学生实施目标教学法的效果。方法根据护士学生的基础知识结构特点,结合我院手术室的条件,制定合乎实际的具体的教学目标;整个教学目标通过实习前期准备、中期实践提高、终末考核评价等三种手段来完成。结果通过目标教学法的实施,学生的主动学习热情高涨,学生的专业知识和实践操作技能显著提高,综合考评成绩不断提升,特别是优秀所占比例增加,同时学生对带教老师的认可度大大提高。结论这些结果表明实施目标教学法的正确性,目标教学法具有广阔应用前景;同时也对带教老师的思想素质、基础知识和专业知识素质提出了更高的要求。 Objective To explore the effect of practicing the objective.teaching methods on nursing students of polytechnic school in operation morn.Methods On the basis of construction features of nursing students'fimda-mental knowledge and conditions in our hospital, we formulated the specific and practicable teaching objective.The teaching objective is completed via three stages:preparation in prophase, improvement in metaphase and examination in end phase of practice period.Results By practicing the objective-teaching methods,the studying initiative enthu-siasm significantly raised,the expertise and practice skills were improved.On the other hand,the confirmation degree of students to teachers obviously rose.Conclusion The result suggests that there exist obvious correctness and & extensive application prospect in practicing the objective-teaching methods.
