摘要
建立了以壳单元为基本单元的某重型自卸车车架有限元分析模型,利用有限元分析软件MSC.Nas-tran对其进行了静态分析、模态分析,并进行了实验测试,测试数据验证了计算的正确性,找出了该车架早期断裂的原因,并给出了对该种车架结构改进的方法。
A finite element model for the frame of a heavy-duty dump truck is established using shell element as the basic element. The static analysis and modal analysis are carried out with FEA software MSC. Nastran. The computation result is verified by experiment. The cause of the premature rupture of vehicle frame are found out, and the amelioration scheme of the frame structure is also given.
