摘要
结合水泥水化机理和软物质概念,论述了半刚性面层混凝土(SPRC)结构形成机理。认为水泥用量虽少,但使乳化沥青混凝土性能发生较大改变,克服了沥青混凝土柔性和水泥混凝土刚性过大的缺点。SRPC结构主要来源于乳化沥青颗粒与水泥颗粒构成的空间网状结构。提出水泥在SRPC结构形成过程中的四方面作用。分析了水泥、乳化沥青两种胶结料对SRPC结构形成影响之规律。
Combing with mechanism of cement hydration and concept of soft matter, the structure formation mechanism of semi-rigid pavement concrete (SRPC) was disscussed in the paper. Although dosages of cement were few, the properties of emulsified asphalt concrete was changed greatly,which overcomed the shortcomings such as the big flexibility of emulsified asphalt concrete and the great rigidity of cement concrete, the structure of SRPC mainly resulted from solid net structure which made from emulsified asphalt particles and cement particles.Four functions of cement in structure formation of SRPC was put forward and the influence rules of two kinds of binding materials,cement and emulsified asphalt,on structure formation of SRPC was also analyzed is the paper.
