桥面铺装中钢纤维混凝土主要物理力学性能试验研究

摘要 结合高速公路桥面铺装实际工程,通过对钢纤维体积率(Vf)为0~2%、基体强度为C50的钢纤维混凝土(SFRC)的抗压、抗折、劈裂、抗剪和弹性模量等物理性能进行的试验研究,并考虑经济因素,确定最佳钢纤维类型和体积率。结果表明:SFRC抗压强度随Vf的增加仅仅有着小幅度的增长;钢纤维对SFRC的抗折、劈裂和抗剪性能起着明显的增强作用,强度比值随Vf的增加而增大;SFRC的弹性模量随材料抗压强度的提高而缓慢增加。 Combining with a practice project of the concrete pavement of expressway and considering the economic effect,the best steel fiber type and volume fraction is determined by the experimental research on the mechanical properties of steel fiber reinforced concrete (SFRC). The volume fraction(Vf) of SFRC ranged from 0 to 2% and the matrix was C50 concrete. The mechanical properties included cubic compressive strength, axial compressive strength, split-tensile strength, flcxuml strength, shear strength and,elastic module. The results show that the compressive strength increase slowly with the increase of Vf The steel fiber lead to remarkably enhancement on tensile,flexural and shear behavior and increased with the increase of Vf. But the elastic modulus enhance slowly with enhancement of compressive strength.
