摘要
以水为传热介质,采用组合桨,测定了装有双层蛇管的搅拌釜的传热系数。结果表明,在三层圆盘涡轮搅拌下,外层蛇管外壁侧和釜内壁侧的传热系数分别比内层蛇管的下降了10%和28%,而用圆盘涡轮与折叶桨组合桨搅拌时,要分别高出33%和5%,总传热效率提高了20%以上;另外,釜内壁侧的传热系数受蛇管层数的影响较小。
The heat transfer coefficients of stirred vessel equipped with double coils were measured with water as heat transfer medium,using composite impellers.The results showed that when three stratum turbines were used,the heat transfer coefficients of out board of out coil and inner board of vessel decreased 10% and 28%respectively compared with those of out board of inner coil, and increased 33% and 5% respectively while stirred with the composite impeller of turbine and inclined blade turbine,so the total heat transfer coefficient increased more than 20%. On the other hand,the heat transfer coefficient of inner board of vessel had little connection with the number of coils.
