安络小皮伞菌丝体多糖的提取及其抗氧化性研究 被引量:16

摘要 研究将正交试验应用于安络小皮伞菌丝体多糖水浸提工艺的探索,求得最佳水浸提工艺条件为料水比1∶15、提取温度70℃、提取时间2h、提取次数2次。提取的粗多糖用乙醇对其进行分级沉淀,以各级乙醇沉淀所得多糖和为100%计,当乙醇的体积为提取液体积的4倍时,多糖沉淀量最大为39.61%。对·OH和·O-2的清除作用试验表明,安络小皮伞多糖对·OH、·O-2均有较好的清除作用。4倍醇沉多糖对·OH的清除率可达49.72%。1倍醇沉多糖对·O-2的清除率可达42.22%。 Water extraction process of Marasmius androsaceus mycelium polysaccharides was studied by means of the method of orthogonal experiment.The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were 70℃, 2h, the ratio 1:15(w/v) and 2 times. The extracted rude polysaccharides then were purified by method of ethanol fractional precipitation. Given the total yield of the fraction productions was 100%, when the quantity of ethanol was 4 times the volume of polysaccharides filtrate, the yield of the fraction productions was up to 39.61%. The results of anti-oxidative experiments show that the elimination of the fraction productions to ·O2^- and ,OH were pretty high. When the quantity of ethanol was 4 times the volume of polysaccharides filtrate, the elimination rate of the production to ·OH could reach the highest value of 49.72%. When was 1 times, the elimination rate of the production to ·O2^- could reach the highest value of 42.22%.
