介绍了云南红梨采后商品化处理技术,包括果实的采收、分级、预冷、保鲜处理、包装等重要环节,以及人员卫生及配套设施要求等,从而为云南红梨的商品化生产提供相应的标准化操作规范。
The commercialized processing technology of Yunnan red pear was briefly introduced in the paper, including harvesting, grading, cooling, preservation, packaging, personnel health requirements and facilities, and other important factors, in order to provide standardized operating norms for Yunnan red pear commercialized production correspondingly.
