The DYNACS secondary cooling water distribution mold of VAI and its control methods for three kinds of continuous casting blank have been introduced. Based on DYNACS secondary cooling mold, secondary cooling water meter suitable for various steel grades and steelmaking processes has been developed by the goal surface temperature control method. This meter has been successfully used in the production of continuous casting blank. Blank aualitv is improved.
