宣钢高速线材生产线加热炉节能实践

摘要 宣钢高速线材生产线采用侧进侧出步进梁式汽化冷却加热炉,在生产中采用了提高钢坯热装温度及热装率、合理降低钢坯的出炉开轧温度、优化加热炉的加热制度、烟道闸板气动执行机构及炉底液压系统改造、加热炉燃烧动态实时监测改造、提高加热炉保温性能、加热炉控制系统改造等措施,使加热炉能耗降低,加热质量改善,基本实现了高效率、低消耗、低烧损。 The high speed wire rod line of Xuanhua Steel is equipped with side - charged, side - discharged walking beam evaporative cooling reheat furnace. Through enhancing hot charging temperature and hot charging ratio of steel billet, reasonably reducing discharge temperature of steel billet, optimizing heat schedule of reheat furnace, revamping pneumatic actuator of flue damper and hydraulic pressure system of furnace hearth, in - line monitoring the burning of reheat furnace, improving insulating property of reheat furnace, reforming control system of reheat furnace, energy consumption of reheat furnace is decreased and quality is improved.
