摘要
采用人工践踏方式对上海“JD-1结缕草”草坪进行践踏胁迫试验,研究了不同程度践踏胁迫对结缕草生长、生理的影响。结果表明:(1)随践踏肘期延长,重度践踏草坪草株高、叶长、密度、地上生物量和绿叶率均显著低于对照和轻度践踏(P<0.05);而中度与轻度践踏之间的株高、叶长、密度、地上生物量差异不明显;(2)中度和重度践踏的叶片脯氨酸和丙二醛含量、叶片细胞膜透性明显高于对照,重度践踏的群体光合速率则明显低于对照和轻度践踏处理(P<0.05);(3)对于上海“JD-1结缕草”草坪,若采用合理的养护管理措施如适时灌溉、修剪等,中等践踏强度可以维持较好的坪用质量。
The effect of artificial trample stress with different degrees (CK as control, LT as light, MT as moderate and HT as heavy stress) on the growth and several morphological and physiological indices of Zoysia (Shanghai JD-1) was studied and the result indicated that as the trample time prolonged,the shoot height,leaf length,density,aboveground biomass and green leaf rate under HT were lower than those under CK and LT(P 〈0.05) ,while there were no significant differences between LT and MT. The content of proline and MDA in leaves increased significantly under MT and HT than those under CK. Photosynthesis rate of community under HT decreased more significantly than that under CK and LT. It was concluded that Shanghai JD-1 Zoysia could maintain a good quality under MT if turf was properly managed.
