紫花苜蓿喷施生长素效应的研究

Study on the effect of auxin spaying on alfalfa

2005年5～9月在内蒙古民族大学试验农场以4年龄紫花苜蓿阿尔冈金为试材，研究了叶面喷施生长素对紫花苜蓿生长，产量及品质的影响。结果表明，随喷施浓度的增加，紫花苜蓿节间距和株高增加。但节间数变化不大；草产量随喷施浓度的增加而增加，且以第2茬、3茬增加明显；低浓度喷施有利于紫花苜蓿1级分枝数的增加并保持相对较高的营养品质，而高浓度喷施则作用相反。

Effect of auxin spaying on four-year old alfalfa was studied on the farm of Inner Mongolia University for Nationalities from May to September 2005. The results showed that the internodal length and plant height of alfalfa increased with the auxin content increasing, but the internode number didn＇t change Obviously. The yield of alfalfa increased with the auxin content increasing,especially the yields from third and second harvest. Meanwhile,the lower content of auxin was benefit for the increase of primary branches and relatively higher nutrition value was attained, and the higher content auxin shown opposite effect.
