摘要
采用加速溶剂萃取(ASE)—气相色谱法测定土壤中的12种类二噁英多氯联苯。在萃取温度100℃、萃取时间15min、萃取溶剂正己烷与丙酮的体积比1∶1、萃取试样量3g的最佳实验条件下,12种类二噁英多氯联苯的加标回收率为88.5%~109.8%,相对标准偏差为1.1%~6.7%。对小麦田实际土壤试样进行测定,共检出8种类二噁英多氯联苯,含量为50~671pg/g。
12 kinds of dioxin-like polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs)in soil were determined by accelerated solvent extraction(ASE) and gas chromatography method. Under the optimum conditions of extraction temperature 100 ℃, extraction time 15 min, volume ratio of hexane to acetone 1 : 1, and extraction sample 3 g, the recoveries of standard additives are 88.5%-109.8% ; The relative standard deviations are 1.1%- 6.7 % ; 8 kinds of dioxin-like polychlorinated biphenyls are detected in the soil sample from cornfield, and their contents are 50- 671 pg/g.
