普伐他汀及氟伐他汀对大鼠心肌缺血诱发室性心动过速潜伏期的延长作用 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨普伐他汀及氟伐他汀对大鼠心肌缺血诱发的室性心动过速(VT)潜伏期的影响。方法利用大鼠心肌缺血模型,观察普伐他汀及氟伐他汀(灌服22 d,每天1次,普伐他汀0.02,0.2及2 mg/kg;氟伐他汀2及4 mg/kg)对VT潜伏期的影响。结果普伐他汀及氟伐他汀各组均能延长VT潜伏期,且具有明显的量效关系。其中普伐他汀2 mg/kg组(267±11)s及氟伐他汀4 mg/kg组(274±8)s延长VT潜伏期作用显著(P<0.05)〔对照组为(224±16)s〕。结论普伐他汀及氟伐他汀能显著延长大鼠心肌缺血时VT潜伏期,这可能为他汀类药物降低心血管病发病率及死亡率提供理论依据。
