组合网络多固定故障的沃尔什谱特征检测法

摘要 本文应用沃尔什分析对组合网络中多固定故障的检测方法进行了研究.建立了“输入冗余故障”,“增权、减权故障”的概念及其谱系数的可测性条件.讨论了用于故障精简的“故障屏蔽”关系.在此基础上,定义了基本检测特征,研究了多步故障精简的步骤,提出了一种用于内部无扇出,单输出的无冗余组合网络中多固定故障的沃尔什谱特征检测算法. In this paper,a new approach is presented for the detection of multiple stuck-at faults in combinational networks by using the Walsh analysis.The concepts and dctectability conditions of input redundant faults,weight increasing faults and weight decreasing faults are established.The fault mask relation applied in fault collapsing is disscussed.The basic detecting signature(BDC)is defined and a procedure is introduced correspondingly to achieve multi-step fault collapsing.On the basis of above,a Walsh spectral signature de- tecting method is proposed for multiple stuck-at faults in any internally fan-out-free,sin- gle output and irredundant combinational.
