摘要
采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对锦纶纺丝油烟废气中油类物质的成分进行了分析.气相色谱从油烟废气的冷凝油状物中共分出26个色谱峰;鉴定出了相对峰面积>0.4%的物质16种(类).用峰面积归一法定量测定了已确定组分的相对含量,其总质量占锦纶纺丝油烟废气中油类物质总质量的98.45%以上.含量最高的3种物质为:多羟基类化合物(相对质量分数52.7%);乙二醇类化合物(相对质量分数29.90%);己二酸二辛酯(相对质量分数10.56%).3种物质的总质量为锦纶纺丝油烟废气中油类物质总质量的93.16%.
Chemical composition of condensate in waste gas of spinningsoot of polyamide fibre by Gaseous phase chromatogram the mass spectrum is analysed. The gaseous phase chromatogram shows 26 chromatogram peaks of condensate in waste gas of spinning soot and determined 16 kinds of composition with the area of relative peak greater than 0.4%. The relative content is confirmed by peak area normalization method. Its total amount accounts for 98.45% that of condensate in waste gas of spinning soot of polyamide fibre. Three kinds with highest content are: many hydroxyl chemical compounds (relative content 52.7% ); ethylene glycol chemical compound (relative content 29. 90%); two hard ester of adipic acid (relative content 10. 56%). The total content of three kinds is 93.16% of condensate in waste gas of spinning soot of polyamide fibre.
