摘要
运用ADAMS对QL—100型垃圾粉碎机运动仿真,求解出了垃圾粉碎机核心运动部件在工作中受力情况,在此基础上,运用ANSYS对核心运动部件进行有限元分析,得出了工作中受力状况的应力分布云图.运用该方法设计出的零件完全可以满足强度要求,可用于指导垃圾粉碎机的设计与研究.
Gaineded practice force that acting on main moving part of QL-100 type garbage processor by ADAMS moving simulation measure is analyzed, based on this, gaineded stress distributing plot of main moving part of garbage processor by FEN(finity element analysis) with ANSYS. The parts that are designed by this measure meet intensity requirements. It offers valuable referrence for design and study to garbage processor.
