摘要
笔者用伯努利方程作为第一方程,推导出泵系统操作的“守力图”,揭示了泵系统操作的规律。用调节阀性能要求作为第二方程,确立泵系统的最大生产能力。泵系统设计中,在满足系统调节性能的同时,使泵的扬程最小,实现泵系统计算的最佳化。
'Shouli' chart, which reveals the rule of pump operation, is deduced using Bernoulli Equation as the first e-quation. The maximum capacity of pump system is established using the performance requirements of control valve as the second equation. In pump design, minimizing pump hit while meeting the regulation requirements may realize the optimal calculation of pump system.
