摘要
笔者重点介绍炼油乙烯一体化项目优化的过程中,在考虑公用工程集中设置的基础上,为炼油乙烯一体化项目提供氢气、氮气、氧气、蒸汽和电力的部分氧化-制氢/汽电联产(IGCC)装置方案的优化选择。
This article places emphasis on presenting optimized option selection for IGCC of Refinery and Ethylene Project which provides hydrogen, nitrogen, oxygen, steam and electricity power based on the thought of integrated utilities.
