摘要
介绍了中国石化茂名分公司酮苯脱蜡装置采用夹点技术对结晶换冷过程进行优化改造的情况,以及优化改造后的应用情况和效果。酮苯脱蜡装置结晶换冷优化改造后,溶剂和密闭气进氨冷前温度下降明显,,对换冷优化前后的操作工况进行分析计算,优化后可节约制冷量37.004kW。
The heat- exchanger network of dewaxing system at SINOPEC Maoming Branch is optimized. Both the temperature of solvent and airproof gas drop obviously after the revamping with Pinch technology. The industrial application demonstrates that refrigeration load has a saving of 36.98×104kW.
