摘要
本文通过端羟基聚了二烯(HTPB)与聚已二酸乙二醇丙二醇酯二醇并用与甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、扩链剂2,4(或2,6)─二氨基-3,5-二甲硫基甲苯/N,N'─双(2─羟丙基)苯胺、催化剂制备聚氨酯弹性体,研究了多元醇并用比、扩链剂并用比、制备方法等对弹性体的力学性能、动态生热性的影响,并观察了弹性体的微观结构。
In this paper, cast PU elastomers based on HTPB and polyester glycol as palyols, TDI as diisocyanate, dimethylthio diamine toluene (DADMT) and N N'-bis(2-hydroxylpropyl) aniline (ISONOL) as chainextenders and dibutyltin dilaurate as catalyst were studied. Emphasis was facused on the effect of HTPB/polyester glycol ratio, DADMT/ISONOL ratio, and preparation method on mechanical properties and dynamic heat build-up of PU elastomers. Microstructure of the elastomers was also observed through TEM.
