摘要
介绍了基于相似性的轴类零件CAPP系统的框架结构,建立了面向对象的零件几何、工艺特征信息描述、索引方法以及实例的相似匹配策略,解决了复杂层次结构的实例表示和具有异构实例之间相似检索的计算,建立了基于特征相似匹配原理生成零件的加工工艺的新方法.
The framework of the axis parts has been given based on similarity. Based on object oriented part geometry and process feature information, similar mating strategy for cased parts has been established. So that the representation for the complex tier structure part case can gotten, and also the calculation of the similar index for the isomerous part case can be conducted. The methodology to generate the new part process can be achieved. Finally, a case study has been used to support and validate the proposed model.
