摘要
采用中空杆件的结构形式设计了空心轴脚蹬,对空心和实心两种轴的强度和刚度进行了计算分析.脚蹬转动副采用纳米塑料薄层,以减小摩擦系数.空心轴脚蹬零件数少,结构紧凑,故障率小.
Pedal of hollow shaft is designed with hollow bar structure. The strength and rigidity of hollow shaft and solid shaft are analysed and calcalated. The revowing join of pedal is made of nanmeter plastic to reduce friction. Hollow shaft pedal has advantages of less components, compact structure and less failure rate.
