摘要
对于生产聚氨酯浇注弹性体新型固化剂DADMT的温度程序控制,比较了继电式和可编程序控制器进行温度程序控制的两种方案。结果表明继电式具有性价比高,简单方便,维修成本低和易掌握等特点,非常适合于小型化工生产的控制,在某厂实际运行两年,效果较好。
A relay operated programmable temperature controller is presented for production of a novel curing agent(DADMT) used in the casting of the polyurethane elastomer.In comparison with the programmable logic temperature controller,it is found that it has a high performance/price ratio with a simple structure,needs relatively low maintenance cost,and is fairly flexible and disposable.Therefore,it is very appropriate for control of a small scaled chemical process,which is proved by application of two years in a chemical factory.
