摘要
为降低燃油消耗,节约能源,某600MW机组超临界燃煤锅炉采用了等离子点火装置。等离子点火装置主要由等离子煤粉燃烧器和等离子发生器、冷却水系统、载体风系统、火检系统、电源系统、控制监测系统、冷炉制粉系统等部分组成。燃煤电厂采用等离子点火装置后,试运阶段节约燃油的费用达1 781.73万元;运行阶段每支油枪1h可节约1554.59元,具有很好的经济性。
In order to reduce fuel oil consumption, plasma ignition device is used in the coal fired boiler of a 600 MW supercritical unit. It consists of pulverized coal burner and plasma generator, water cooling system, air carrying system, flame inspection system, power supply, control and monitoring system, cold-boiler pulverizing system, etc. Having adopted this device, the cost saving of fuel oil is 17.81 million Yuan during the trial run. During the operation, each oil gun can save 1 554.59 Yuan per hour resulting in good coat-saving.
