摘要 等离子点火技术是一种新型的燃煤锅炉点火及助燃技术。东莞玖龙纸业有限公司安装的210MW机组装有等离子点火系统。在调试和试运行中,遇到等离子点火系统的供电电源设计不当;启动电动给水泵时等离子发生器灭弧和跳磨煤机;油、煤火焰检测混淆;运行时等离子燃烧器挂焦超温;等离子燃烧器从“正常模式”切换到“等离子模式”时跳磨煤机;磨煤机无暖磨程序等问题。在对存在的问题进行了分析后,对相关的逻辑进行了改进和完善。 Plasma ignition is a new ignition and burning-support technology for coal-fined boilers. Plasma ignition system has been installed in the 210 MW unit of Dongguan Jiulong Paper Ltd. Co. During test-run, several faults, such as improper design of ignition system power supply, arcdistinguishing during water-pump startup and coal-pulverizer tripping-out, mixing up ofoil and coal flame inspections, plasma igniter overheat, coalpulverizer tripping-out in the process of the plasma igniter changing over from "normal mode" to "plasma mode", coal- pulverizer skipping warm-up, etc. Having analyzed the problems, fault-related control logics have been corrected.
