壳聚糖脱乙酰度的测定

Determination of deacetylating degree of chitosan

采用氢溴酸盐法测定壳聚糖的脱乙酰度,并与酸碱滴定法测定的结果进行比较。结果显示,壳聚糖商品脱乙酰度的检测值低于其标注值;氢溴酸盐法较酸碱滴定法测得的脱乙酰度值稳定。这表明,氢溴酸盐法与酸碱滴定法均可用于壳聚糖脱乙酰度的监控。

The degree of deaeetylation of ehitosan was determined by hydrobroinide method and the values were compared with the values determined by acid-base titration.The result showed that the determined values were lower than the labeled values and the determined values determined by hydrobromide method were more stable than that determined by acid-base titration method.Therefore,the hydrobromide method and the acid-base titration method also can be used to verify the degree of deaeetylation of purchased ehitosan.
