摘要
技术预见可选定能产生最大经济与社会效益的战略研究领域和通用新技术,其作用已得到认可。但技术预见不仅是一个预测方法的运用,而且是由技术预见管理与维护子系统、技术预见专家子系统、方法子系统、信息子系统和关键技术子系统等组成的系统。建立技术预见系统观、加强技术预见系统构建,才能让技术预见活动更富有生命力和作用力。
Technology Foresight has been widely used to find research field and key technologies that can bring most benefit to the society. But it＇s not only a kind of forecast method but a system consists of 5 branch systems. To establish a Technology Foresight System is very important.
