摘要
依照中国政府在产业集群中推动创新的动机及其作用形式,结合中国产业集群创新所面临的困境,提出产业集群创新的政府行为模式:引入创新源、运用组织机制和推进技术扩散,并对这些政府行为模式在适用条件、特点等方面进行了深入的透析。
Based on motives ＆ effecting forms of government departments in enterprise cluster＇s innovation, and straits encountered by enterprise clusters in China, the paper puts forward models Of the government action： introducing resources of innovation, using organizational mechanism and advancing diffusion of technology. Besides, it analyses Chinese government action in suitable conditions, characters about Enterprise cluster＇ s innovation.
