摘要
选择与自主创新相关的科研投入和创新产出以及创新的最终经济效益指标,分两个阶段:第一阶段由科研投入到科技成果的实现,采用C2R模型的DEA方法来分析该阶段的实现能力,第二阶段由科技成果实现后到转化为经济效益评价其经济效益的转化能力,得出我国现阶段自主创新实现能力较好,而进一步转化为经济效益的转化能力较差的结论。
This paper selects some input, output and final economic benefit indexes related on self-innovation, and separate two stages to analysis. The first stage is from inputs of R＆D to the realization of innovation outcome, and we analyze the realize ability with model C2R and method of DEA. The second stage is from the innovation outcome to the translation of economic benefits. Finally, we hold the conclusion that the realize ability is good, but the translate ability is failure.
