摘要
在Nonaka等提出的SECI模型基础上,借鉴顿悟学习的心理学研究成果,以量子学习模型作为理论基础,构建了基于顿悟的量子知识创造模型(Q-SECI模型),进而提出知识创造力和知识集成力概念来分析Q-SECI模型知识创造螺旋跃迁机制,并结合企业组织学习的管理实践加以验证与推广。
A This paper is based on SECI model by Nonaka and fruits of psychological studies on insight learning. We use the Quantum Learning Model as the basic theoretical framework and build the Quantum SECI (Q-SECI) Model based on insight psychology. What's more, the paper discusses the mechanism of knowledge creation via two forces which are Knowledge Creation Force and Knowledge Integration Force, and uses these ideas in the management practice of enterprise organizational learning.
