The Preferred Mode for China to Achieve Leap-Type Development——Radical Self-Oriented Innovation

面对新一轮技术革命和产业格局大调整的历史机遇,发展中国家如能敏锐反应,选择正确的发展战略和策略,则有可能实现跨越式发展,赶超发达国家。以创新概念回顾和创新模式辨识为切入点,对不同创新模式的适用性进行了分析,并结合发达国家经验与我国实际,认为突破性自主创新可作为我国实现跨越式发展的首选模式。

In the face of the historic opportunity of a new round technological revolution and the great readjustment of the industrial structure, if the developing countries could respond to the changes quickly, implement the appropriate strategies and tactics, they would be likely to achieve a leap-type development, and even surpass the developed countries. This article takes a review of innovative concept and identifying of innovative modes as the entry, makes a systemic analysis of the applicability of different innovative modes, and combines the experience of developed countries and our current situation, and then it makes the conclusion that the radical self-oriented innovation would be our preferred mode to achieve a leap-type development.
