熔融纺丝法制备沥青基中空炭纤维 被引量:3

摘要 用自行设计的喷丝板,在单孔纺丝机上纺得了中空沥青纤维,文中讨论了这种喷丝板的设计原理。利用偏光显微镜,详细考察了熔纺工艺参数对纤维截面尺寸的影响。将纺得的中空沥青纤维进一步不熔化炭化,制得了中空炭纤维。SEM分析了中空炭纤维的径向结构。 With a special made spinnerette,hollow pitch fibers were welt and spun,the basic design principals of this spinnerette were discussed in this work. The effects of spinning parameters on fibers,transverse dimension were also investigated,which can be observed with a polarized optical microscope.After stabilization and carbonization,hollow carbon fibers were obtained.These fibers show higher tensile strength than that of normal solid carbon fibers,which have equal sectional area and their transverse texture was studied with SEM .
