摘要 模型相似性评价是多个产品开发阶段的关键支持技术,针对目前其评价方法效率低、准确度不高的现状,提出基于几何/拓扑结构和基于特征相结合的三层体系评价技术。从零件模板库提取出新设计的相似零件,并同时得到对应的兼容特征,有效地避免人为解释的不确定性,对零件可制造性评价等生产活动提供有力地支持。 The technique of models' similarity assessment is critical to several stages of products' development.The trilevel architecture similarity assessment method,which combined assessment method based on geometry/topology with assessment method based on features,is brought forward.Using this method,the template models in part database which similarity to new part can be acquired,the compatible features between parts are obtained simultaneously.
