摘要
搞好物流配送中心选址对提高整个物流系统的效益具有重要意义。物流配送中心选址需要模型化、数量化方法的支持,解决选址问题也有多种方法。但在电子商务环境下,这些传统的方法都在不同程度上遇到各种问题,为此,提出了定量化的启发式算法与定性化的模糊综合评价法相结合来初步确定电子商务环境下配送中心选址方案。方案的确定是为了决策,因此依据定量计算和定性分析的结果,采用协调分析方法来科学地决策符合电子商务环境下的最优选址方案,并结合具体应用实例进行试算选址。
The location of logistics distribution centers is very important to improve the benefit of logistics system.Location of logistics distribution centers should be supported by model and quantitative method.There are so many methods to solve this problem.However,under electronic commerce,these traditional methods meet all kinds of problems to some extent.The paper proposes the method combining quantitative heuristic algorithm with quantitative fuzzy comprehensive appraisement to make certain the logistics distribution center location project under electronic commerce condition.The aim of confirming the project is easy to make decisions.Therefore,the paper adopts the harmonious analysis method to scientifically make decisions on optimizat!on location project under electronic commerce condition according to the result of quantitative and quantitative analyzing.It also makes the testing location calculation with a practical example.
