Establishing Secondary Network Storage Environment Based on IP SAN Technology

各种网络应用服务的飞速发展,促进了以SAN(存储区域网)为代表的网络存储技术的发展.本文分析了FC SAN和IP SAN的体系架构及其技术特点,在此基础上讨论了在企业网络环境中如何将IP SAN存储技术与传统的FC SAN技术结合,构建可扩展的企业二级存储网络.

Along with the rapidly development of plenty of applications based on network, Storage Area Networks technology is becoming more and more popular. In this paper was made an analysis about the architecture and features of FC SAN and IP SAN. Based on this analysis, we also discussed the technology which can be used to combine the new IP SAN technology with the traditional FC SAN technology to buildup a flexible enterprise secondary network storage environment.
