Economic evaluation of land use in Hunan province

以县级行政区为评价单元,采用变异系数法确定指标权重,对湖南省土地利用进行综合经济评价.结果表明,全省土地经济效果总体水平不高,以中低等级为主,而且土地经济效果空间分布不均衡,区域差异对比强烈;市区的土地经济效果一般要高于市辖县;土地经济效果高的市区主要依赖于高投入,土地产出与集约利用程度不高;土地经济效果处于中低等级的地方主要依赖于土地开发和土地相对集约利用,土地产出水平低.

In this paper, an economic evaluation of land use in Hunan province is given comprehensively through counties with variance coefficient confirming weight value. The result shows that the comprehensive level of land economic effect is not high in the province and the middle and low grades cccupy main parts. Furthermore, the land economic effect distribution is unbalanced with the regional difference contrasting fiercely. The districts＇ land economic effect is higher than those counties under the jurisdiction of cities. Elsewhere, The highest land economic effect district mainly depends on high devotion and its land output and land intensive use degree are not high. Those places where land economic effect in middle and low degrees mainly depend on land exploitation and their land relatively intensive use and land output is low.
