摘要
传统保健体育是我国的一项古老而珍贵的体育运动项目,这个项目旨在挑战运动员的智力、体能和心理,它依靠运动员自身的能力,通过姿势的调整、呼吸的锻炼、意念的运用,来调整和增强人体各部分机能,诱导和启发人体内在的潜力,达到一种身体和精神的内外合一.本文试从赛前的心理训练、比赛中心理适应及赛后的心理调节来分析、探讨.
Traditional health sport is an ancient and very important one. The purpose of this sport is to challenge athletes' intelligence, physique and their psychology. Based on athletes' own ability, thought gesture regulation, respiratory exercise, this sport is intended to regulate and enhance the function of all parts of the body, inspire the inherent potential of the body so as to harmonize the whole body both physically and spiritually. In this paper, we analyze and study these aspects from athletes' psychological training, adaptation and regulation before and after their match as well as in their match.
