Realization of Digital Control of Fire Extinguishing and Explode Restraining System in Armored Vehicle

摘要 为实现装甲车辆电气系统的数字化控制和在线故障诊断,设计了以DSP为控制核心并辅以CAN总线接口电路的数字式灭火抑爆控制系统。系统移植了嵌入武实时操作系统μC/OS—Ⅱ,实现了灭火抑爆、故障监视、自诊断以及和上位机通信等功能。实验结果表明,该系统各项指标均达到或超过原模拟控制系统指标.且具有很高的实时性和很强的稳定性。 In order to realize the digital control and on-line fault diagnosis of the electrical system in armored vehicle, this paper designs a'digital fire extinguishing and explosion restraining system which is centered around the DSP assisted with CAN Bus. An embedded RTOS-μC/OS-Ⅱ real-time system is transplanted into this system so that it possesses the functions of fire-extinguishing, explosion-restraining, fault-inspecting, self- diagnosing and communicating with host alike. According to the experimental results, this system has realtime property and high stability and all targets of it can meet or even surpass those of the current system.
