摘要
我国由传统的农业社会快速地向现代城市社会转换,其社会结构正在发生巨大变化,在城市化进程中出现一个特有的“三元”社会结构态势。即在传统的二元社会结构基础上分化出一个第三群体。面对“三元”社会态势及当前职业教育对社会发展的种种不适应,职业教育选择层次多样化、方式综合化、模式多元化、学制弹性化的对策。必须改革传统的学年制,形成多元化的发展格局,多样化的办学体制。以解决学校与社会之间相对封闭而产生的人才供给与需求质量的剪刀差问题。
Our country transforms rapidly from traditional agricultural society to modern society, and the great changes of its social structure is happening, then a unique social structural shape of "Three Groups" appears in this process Namely, the third group is formed on the basis of traditional "Two Groups" society. Faced social shape of "Three groups" and the various unadapted conditions in present vocational education, vocational education chooses the strategy, including diversified levels, comprehensive methods, plural models and flexible length of schooling. It is necessary to reform the traditional academic year so that the plural developing pattern and diversified system of running school can be formed, in order to solve some problems of supplied talents and required quality between schools and society caused by close.
