近年来,中国物流管理虽取得了一些成绩,但还存在许多问题,其中条块分割的管理体制、供需不平衡的矛盾以及专业物流人才紧缺是最为突出的问题。在人才培养方面,构建高职物流管理专业人才培养模式,是物流教育工作者面临的重要而现实的课题。充分认识物流人才的需求与行业特点、科学制订物流专业人才培养方案和全面打造物流人才培养的良好环境,是必须进行的三大基本思考。

In recent years, Chinese logistics has obtained many achievements, but there still exist many problems, among which intersected management system, imbalance between supply and demand and the shortage of the talents are the most outstanding problems. In the aspect of training talents, it is an important and realistic project that logistics educators face to set up the training model in the major of higher vocational logistics management. The three basic thoughts include the whole understanding of the talents＇ requirement and industrial character, scientific training plan and the suitable environment for training talents.
