摘要
建设双师型教师队伍,应当从专业职业能力分析入手,结合专业所对应行业的特点,采取切实可行的措施。在“双师型”队伍建设中,为培养学生的实践能力,要求专业教师具备“双证”,先到企业的生产一线进行锻炼,鼓励教师进行科研开发。
To begin with the analysis of specialized professional abilities, we will take feasible methods to construct the dual-qualification teachers combining the features of relevant industry. In order to train students' practical ability, in the construction of dual-qualification teachers, it requires professional teachers practise in the manufacturing industry qualified with dual-diplomas, and encourages them to do the research and development.
